Georgia is located in The United States of America. The state is almost completely surrounded by other states, with some Atlantic Ocean shoreline in the southeast corner. To the north is Tennessee, to the northeast South Carolina, to the west is Alabama, and Florida borders the south.
The Atlanta Motor Speedway (formerly Atlanta International Raceway) is an oval track in the city of Hampton, which is about 20 miles south of Atlanta. This quad-oval is 1.54 miles (2.48km) in length, and hosts the Georgia-based NASCAR cup series events.
Road Atlanta is a 2.54 mile (4.088km) road course located just north of Braselton, north east of the state's capital city of Atlanta.
