The Challenger is a muscle/sports car built by Dodge. The most well-known trim level is the R/T. It was originally produced from 1970 to 1974, followed by a less popular version (which was a rebadged Mitsubishi Galant) from 1978 to 1983. In 2008 it returned with its muscle car image to compete against the revived Ford Mustang and Chevy Camaro.
