Shelby SuperCars

Shelby SuperCars (unrelated to Carrol Shelby's car company/brand) is a supercar producing company based in the United States of America. Founded in 1998 by owner Jerod Shelby, the company is based in Washington state in The United States of America, and specializes in the production of supercars. For a short time, their SSC Ultimate Aero held the title of "World's Fastest Production Car", a title which they took from and lost again to Bugatti. They are currently in the final stages of developing and producing the Tuatara.

SSC Vehicles

Currently, there are only two models that have been put into or are planned for production: the SSC Ultimate Aero and Tuatara.

The second vehicle by Shelby Supercars will be the Tuatara, a vehicle designed to break the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport's top speed record and remain the fastest production car for a long time. It features a uniquely styled rear fin set unlike most wings or spoilers and an impressive low-drag aerodynamics package. It will also be produced in incredibly small numbers.

Ultimate Aero

The SSC Ultimate Aero briefly held the "fastest production car in the world" title, and was the first car Shelby SuperCars produced.
